For over 20 years, Daily Bread Ministries and the Christian community have successfully operated the Greer Soup Kitchen. Our purpose is "to provide ministry in the form of services including, but not limited to, providing a soup kitchen, providing a place of refuge, and in general rendering to the needs of the destitute, desperate, and/or troubled persons."

Four ways your donation may be used is:

• Food
• Help buy bibles
• Provide utinsles
• Small Portion does go to chefs and managers

STEP stands for SHELTER TO EMPOWER PEOPLE

One meal was served on our first day. Today over one hundred and fifty meals per day are served in a modern restaurant-style facility.

You would do most of these jobs.

• Pick up or Hual food
• Sort and Store Food
• Maintain the Parking Lot
• Make Tea
• Cook
• Wash Dishes
• Help Get Donations
• Fill open slots on weekday teams
